• Youll provide support to ensure both strategic and tactical elements are organized and cohesive.
• This job is a member of the Inflight Dining and Service team within the Inflight group.

• Support Inflight Dining and Service strategic thinking by evaluating catering model and processes to drive efficiencies and cost savings
• Evaluate current logistics and delivery processes to determine improvements
• Project managing initiatives spanning the functional areas of the IDS team includign planning, performance, and production
• Maintain project log(s) to ensure consistency within the organization
• Lead the IDS strategy and support team,
• Tracking goals and implementation (both for short and long term items)
• Provide both updates and direction for menu guides
• Sign-off on AAdvantage collateral and events for Inflight

Minimum Qualifications- Education Prior Job Experience

• ?Bachelors degree / Masters degree or equivalent work/training experience
• 5+ years of proven experience leading teams and/or complex project management

Preferred Qualifications- Education Prior Job Experience

• ?Previous airline and catering operations experience

Skills, Licenses Certifications

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
• Highly creative and analytical while effectively managing processes within the team
• Ability to identify and drive creative product and marketing solutions while operating within a budget
• High level of initiative and proven experience managing a large workload and changing priorities with limited direction and ease
• Strong project management experience and analytical skills
• Proven track record creating and presenting presentation to all levels of leadership
