Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) Air Dominance (AD) T-7 Business Development and Strategy (BD&S) Capture Team Leader (Level 4) position is a developmental opportunity to work directly with the T-7 Leadership team, as well international customers across the Asia Pacific Region. This position is open to various US Locations including Berkeley, MO, Arlington, VA, Denver, CO or San Antonio, TX.
This is an excellent knowledge and growth experience to gain exposure to all aspects of Business Development & Strategy, what it takes to be a Capture Team Leader running your own competitive pursuits, as well as other functions associated with running a multi-billion-dollar sales team. You will have a strong desire for learning, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, adept at delivering results and building relationships, and be a self-starter with a track record of high performance. To be successful you will have a positive and flexible attitude, good judgment, and discretion.
Position Responsibilities:
This position is expected to be 100 onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Summary pay range:
Arlington, VA & Denver, CO: $117,300 - $158,700
Berkeley, MO & San Antonio, TX: $109,650 - $148,350
