We are looking for a Sr. Technical Program Manager to drive the delivery of a critical program that includes teams across disciplines. This role requires excellent leadership skills to build trust and drive alignment.

Job Responsibilities:
middot; Drive the delivery of new capabilities for Prime Air UAS across teams through requirements, design, development and test.
middot; Own and drive software/hardware milestone tracking and implementation, dependency mapping, and schedule updates.
middot; Work with other TPMs and Technical leads to create, implement, and drive processes that improve execution and communication.

Export Control License
This position may require a deemed export control license for compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Placement is contingent on Amazon’s ability to apply for and obtain an export control license on your behalf.


Basic Qualifications
middot; 3+ years of hands-on engineering experience in one or more of the following areas: avionics, navigation systems, control systems, autonomous systems, robotics, computer vision, machine learning.
middot; 5+ years of Technical Program Management experience
middot; Bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering, computer science, engineering, or a related technical discipline
middot; Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products and projects on tight deadlines
middot; Ability to communicate effectively at all levels with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
middot; Proficient in tools required to manage complex projects
middot; Master’s degree in aerospace engineering, computer science, engineering, or a related technical discipline
middot; Engineering experience in the development of autonomous systems
middot; Experience working on aerospace products / projects
