• Supporting financial reporting and analysis for IT projects within the Program and Portfolio Management team
• Participating in project review boards, monthly cost reviews, and portfolio meetings
• Creating dashboards and reports using Power BI to track KPIs and project health
• Automating routine reporting and approval workflows using Power Automate
• Developing simple apps and tools with Power Apps to streamline internal processes
• Enhancing data quality and consistency through process improvement initiatives
• Supporting procurement activities and ensuring proper follow-up
• Providing ad-hoc support to the management team with a focus on automation and efficiency

• You’re studying accounting, finance, project management, business administration, or a related field
• You understand how support functions like finance and HR contribute to business success
• You’re autonomous, organized, and have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• You’re customer-focused and proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement
• You’re bilingual in French and English (spoken and written)
• You have strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
• You have experience or interest in Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, and SAP
• You communicate complex ideas clearly through reports and presentations
