JOB TITLE: Engine Shop Manager - Aerospace Management Maintenance Required

LOCATION: Kansas City, MO

SALARY RANGE: $100,000 - $110,000 per year.

Summary:

    Lead a team at the maintenance facility location in Kansas City, MO.

    Looking for a manager that can fit in quickly, has a positive attitude, and has general aviation experience working on Commercial aircraft Engines (TRENT 700, TRENT 800, PW4000, PW2000, CFM56-3, 5, 7, CF6-50, CF6-80, CF34, ECT.).

    This position works as an aircraft engine maintenance manager performing and supervising inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance on commercial aircraft engines.

    The successful candidate will possess the appropriate personality to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a constant focus on safety and quality.

    Perform efficient troubleshooting, aircraft engine maintenance, and repair in accordance with applicable regulations, manufacturers instructions, and company policies.

    Ensure consistent, accurate aircraft maintenance records by properly documenting completing required forms, computer entries, and logbook entries.

    Supervise and manage a team of technicians.

    Follow all policies and procedures.

    Keep a clean and orderly work environment.

    Perform job duties in a safe manner.

    Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

    Airframe and Powerplant (AP) Certification

    5 or more years of aircraft engine maintenance experience

    Knowledge and understanding of Federal Aviation Regulations airworthiness requirements.

    Possess adequate tools.

    Successful background check and drug screening
