VS Helicopters is now seeking a qualified and experienced utility helicopter pilot at our base located in Valdez, Alaska. We operate AS350B2 and B3, Robinson R66's and Robinson R44's. Vertical Solutions operates across the state preforming a variety of work for state, federal, and private customers working in remote locations that are only able to be reached and supported via helicopter. VS Pilots have the opportunity to be able to have an impact on the community around them by providing helicopter support to industries such as telecommunications, power generation, fisheries, and local businesses and residents. Other work preformed by pilots includes, heliski, search and rescue, fire, construction, powerline survey, personnel transport, eco adventure tourism, flight seeing and so much more. Seasonal Pilot Positions

VS Helicopters is now accepting applications for our 2024 tour season. Located in the heart of the Chugach VS pilots have the pleasure of flying customers to stunning tidewater glaciers, seeing Alaska's abundant landscape and wildlife. Seasonal pilots can expect to work from the end of April through September. Full time positions and turbine transitions may be offered to candidates that have good disposition, professionalism, customer service and skill.

Requirements:

• 1500 PIC
• Alaska Experience
• 200 hours Mountain time
• Proficient long line experience, 133 carded
• 180 flight weight or less(preferred)
• OAS cardable
• Customer Service skills
• Able to relocate to Valdez, Alaska

Preferred Experience

• AS350 cardable
• AS350 Long Line Experience
• Precision Longline
• Alaska or remote experience
• Heliski

Seasonal Minimum Pilot Experience

• 1000 PIC
• Part 135 minimums
• 180 flight weight or less(preferred)

Seasonal Preferred:

• Dual Given
• Prior Customer
• Mountain Flying Experience
