Le Volontariat International en Entreprise est un programme unique au monde sponsorisé par le Ministère français de l39;Économie, des Finances et du Travail et qui permet à Airbus d39;offrir à de jeunes professionnels la possibilité d39;acquérir une expérience rémunérée et valorisante à l39;étranger, dans un métier technique ou commercial.
Le programme VIE est un contrat spécifique, en vertu des critères d39;éligibilité de Business France. Principaux critères d39;exigibilité du VIE :
• Être citoyen(ne) de l39;Union Européenne (plus Norvège, Islande et Liechtenstein), et candidat(e) diplômé(e) âgé(e) de 28 ans maximum.
• Avoir accompli les obligations militaires de son pays.

The Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) is a unique international program sponsored by the French Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment, open to Airbus to offer young professionals the opportunity to have valuable paid work experience abroad in a technical or business function.

The contract duration of VIE is between 6 to 24 months.
A VIE for the HR Projects Specialist has arisen within Airbus Crisa Office in Tres Cantos, 10 minutes far from Madrid by car. You will join the Human Resources Department. In this role you will be supporting several initiatives within the Company, mainly:
- Supporting the HR Department with governance administration tasks
- Creating managing project plans
- Collaborating contributing to HR governance projects around KPIs and performance
Your challenges:
This role will involve some travel for business, once every 2-3 months in Country and as needed to Toulouse where the rest of the team is based and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.
