What Will You Be Doing?
This position will lead the team responsible for all aspects of a new charter division including business development, budgeting/forecasting, customer service, and operations. This position will work with multiple departments to ensure the seamless contracting and execution of charter flights, while adhering to DOT/FAA regulations and company policies. The candidate will be responsible for the development and execution of the business plan for the division, which includes a focus on significantly growing charter sales, fleet optimization, increased profitability and margins, and geographic destination expansion.

Salary Range: $110,114 - $150,000. Please note: this posting has a closing date of on or before midnight 12/30/25 MT.
