You will be a Lead Control Account Manager (CAM) within our Supply Operations and Logistic (SOL) organization in Marietta, GA.
What You Will Be Doing
You will have a portfolio for AMMM (C-130, P-3, C-5) and potentially F-16/F-22 accounts. In this role, you will manage the cost, schedule, and technical scope for multiple control accounts tied to any of the following areas: Repairs, Spares, Mod Programs, Provisioning, 3PL Warehousing, and others. The CAM Lead will track and report progress of tasks, present data to various levels of leadership, and provide training and guidance to the CAM team for processes and tool usage.
As a CAM Lead, you will be required to develop status, forecasting values, update schedules, and provide management financial information to make effective decisions. You will support program management, finance, and contracts organizations concerning SOL finance functions; including establishing and managing program cost baselines, conducting Earned Value analysis and associated variance analysis using various Enterprise toolsets. You will conduct Estimate at Complete analysis (EAC) and prepare accompanying analysis for presentation to various levels of leadership. In this role, you will use your data mining and data analysis expertise. Analyze historical performance data to determine trends and apply results to prospective business initiatives.
Typical responsibilities may include:
Monitor and manage task cost, schedule, and technical objectives to meet contract requirements
Coordinate with Supply Team, Logistics Managers, Finance, Business Mangers, and Program Managers
Complete all Earned Value Management (EVM) assigned duties to include work authorization requests, updating monthly Estimate-to-Complete requirements, schedule status, variance reporting, and yearly comprehensive Estimate-at-Complete CEAC reviews
Support establishment of cost/schedule baselines for newly awarded contracts or contract re-plans including subcontractor management

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree from an accredited college in a Business related discipline, Finance, Accounting, Operations, or Supply Chain, Logistics, or equivalent experience/combined education.
Earned Value Management (EVMS) Familiarity through being a Cost/Control Account Manager or from another position.
Previous Cost/Control Account Management, Accounting, Scheduling, and/or Finance experience.
Mid-Level experience in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel (including pivot tables, conditional formatting, creating charts from a data set)
Desired Skills:
Prior Cost Account Management / EVMS Experience (CAM 101 Certified) preferred
SAP Proficiency
Supply Performance Based Logistics contracts experience
Previous Sustainment Experience in Mod Programs, Repair and Return Programs, and/or PSI/PBL Programs.
Solid written, presentation and communication skills along with demonstrated success in utilizing Earned Value (EV) Management, developing and managing integrated master schedules, and performing critical path and financial analysis.
Accept responsibility, accountability and exercise authority to ensure task cost, schedule, and technical success is achieved
Familiarity with AMMM, IFG, F-35, or ADP supply execution systems, tools, processes.
Experience with APTS, Contracts, Proposals
Team player with a positive attitude
Experience managing and meeting deadlines and projects (cost and schedule)
Desire to enhance program management skills including communication, the ability to deal with unforeseen challenges, and building strong relationships

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
