Job Description:
TASK DESCRIPTION
The Site Manager is the primary interface for the Depot On-site Contract Augmentee Teams 5 (DOCAT5) Task Order which supports the 309th Aerospace Maintenance and Regeneration Group (309 AMARG), supporting the 309 SPTS, 576 AMRS, and 577 CMRS squadrons at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base (AFB) in Tucson, Arizona. Provides modification, maintenance, inspection, corrosion control, overhaul, repair, regeneration, and storage of various weapon systems, related components, missiles, engines, ground support equipment, and vehicles. Manages day-to-day maintenance support in accordance with (IAW) the scope of the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Coordinates and manages technical and administrative operations and all other aspects of support program to ensure timely availability of weapon systems to meet specified operational requirements. Ensures Contractor Maintenance Services (CMS) meet or exceed contract performance requirements. Provides expertise and advice on technical and logistical matters and the effective use of CMS efforts. Coordinates maintenance program IAW all applicable DOD maintenance management documents and directives.
On-Site Supervisor Responsibilities
The Contractor on-site supervisor shall be responsible for ensuring a Contractor supervisor or work lead is in each work area for daily shift stand-ups for communication of the daily work requirement from the Government to the Contractor. The Contractor on-site supervisor shall be responsible for ensuring Contractor employees are available to work daily. The Contractor on-site supervisor shall notify Government supervisors and Contracting Officerrsquo;s Representatives (COR) of scheduled leave of contract employees on the first regular business day of each month via email, allowing Government to properly schedule workload requirements. The Contractor shall take into account manpower requirements in work areas prior to allowing multiple personnel leave simultaneously to ensure assigned workload is accomplished. Contractor supervisor/work lead shall notify the Government work area supervisor and COR daily, within the first hour of start time, of any personnel shortages to allow the Government to shift workload as appropriate. Contractor on-site supervisor shall be responsible for timely completion of assigned tasks IAW appropriate planning and scheduling documents. The Contractor shall attend programmatic meetings in performance of this Task Order to include, but not limited to, Cross-Talks and the Post-Award Conference. Contractor attendees shall include the Contractor PM, applicable Contractor site supervisors, Contracting personnel, and others as required. The Government will notify the Contractor of required meetings NLT five business days in advance.

Compensation
$75K - $110K/year
Other Compensation
