  • This role will be the liaison for all Headquarters initiatives that impact the Travel professional work schedule, responsibilities, and coordination with other CWA-IBT represented business owners
  • The role is a part of the Reservations team within our Commercial group.
What youll do

Management will modify the job or require other tasks be performed whenever it is deemed appropriate to do so, observing, of course, any legal obligations including any collective bargaining obligations.

  • Drive strategy and synergies among the two work groups (Admin and Workforce)
  • Create consistent experience for all Travel Professionals at each US location
  • Lead the efforts in managing time and attendance of over 4,500 Travel professionals
  • Timely execution of addressing issues and concerns and ability to escalate accordingly
  • Manage all budget items for each US sites, liaison with all business partners such as finance and staffing allocation
  • Manage site location lease agreements and facilities within budget
  • Increase scope opportunities such as the current Customer Success Team admin functions
  • Deliver on timely response and resolution to avoid operational interruptions at airports by ensuring all calls are routed accordingly and shift based on volume and location

Minimum Qualifications- Education Prior Job Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 4 years demonstrated experience effectively managing and motivating a team
  • 4 years customer service/sales experience
  • Budget experience
  • Facilities maintenance experience
