What You Will Be Doing
As a Manufacturing Supervisor (Level 3) you will be responsible for:
Managing more than one functional area of manufacturing, such as machining, assembly, tube bending welding.
Coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.

Basic Qualifications:
Experience Leading
Experience in Manufacturing or Production Operations
Experience with Tube fabrication, Paint, Structures, /or Welding
Desired Skills:
Experience in leading in a union environment
Basic experience with utilizing military specifications in the manufacturing process
Understanding of lean manufacturing principals
Experience in prioritize work centers and team to maintain throughput standards
Clearance Level: None

Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
