Tasks
- Determine and analyze requirements for assigned standard software.
- Review and reconcile gathered requirements with stakeholders.
- Configure off-the-shelf standard software and coordinate necessary adaptations with suppliers.
- Ensure configurations align with available out-of-the-box capabilities.
- Discuss and delegate larger software changes to suppliers.
- Document requirements, changes, and updates accurately.
- Test newly developed changes or updated configurations within the standard software.
- Collect and assess requirements from various departments, evaluating their feasibility.
- Test customizations and provide 3rd-level support as needed.
Requirements
- Vocational training with at least 2 years of relevant IT experience or Bachelor’s degree in business information systems, IT, economics, logistics, or a related field.
- Knowledge of requirements engineering methodologies.
- Proficiency in process management.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Fluent in English; German language skills desirable.
- In cases of equal qualification, applicants with severe disabilities will be given preferential consideration.
