Boeing Defence Australias Supply Chain Management (SCM) Capability provides people, expertise, process and tools to manage supply chain relationships, requirements, performance management and logistics for program execution and growth opportunities. Forward looking, SCM will develop integrated supply chain networks and solutions to meet the evolving need of our customers, both in Australia and internationally.
The SCM Capability is responsible for the following areas:
Strategic planning, governance and procurement analytics
Requirements planning and forecasting
Supplier performance management, procurement and contracting
Logistics and field service support
Boeing Defence Australia is seeking leaders to support the Contracting and Supply Chain Planning sub-capabilities.
There are a number of key senior leadership roles available in Brisbane, Adelaide or Newcastle (RAAF Base Williamtown). Successful applicants will possess the following attributes:

Strategic workforce planning including the provision of resources to meet multiple project demands
Assist and support the development of capability growth strategies in the Supply Chain Capability, to align with the BDA business plans and technology roadmaps
Support executing projects within BDA through provision of people, processes and tools relevant to sourcing, supplier contract management and procurement to ensure they are successful in meeting our customer expectations
Enable collaboration across programs to identify and leverage commonalities, innovation and efficiencies across multiple programs
The successful applicant will have:
10+ years leadership experience in a strategic supply chain environment
Tertiary qualifications and experience in a field of relevance to Contracting or Supply Chain Planning
Leadership experience within a matrix organisation (desirable)
