Here, employees are helping to restore commercial and military jet engines to their fullest functionality, efficiency, and performance.We have experienced teams working in plasma, frame and wire spraying, polyurethane and sermetel painting as well as heat treating, brazing, and TIG welding operations. In addition to comprehensive internal engine repair/overhaul, we also operate a world-class evaluation and testing facility that’s FEDEC capable.
Role OverviewAs the Component Repair Operations Leader, you will manage operations within a production facility to achieve defined targets in safety, quality, delivery, and cost (SQDC). This role requires moderate autonomy and operational judgment, with significant input into priorities. You will lead a team of salaried employees and drive continuous improvement initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site position on the 1st shift.
