Description:

HeliService USA is looking for dynamic and experienced aviators to support offshore wind farm construction, operations, and maintenance. Pilots will serve as AW-169 hoist line captains. This position will be locally based at Falmouth, MA, with some travel to Quonset State Airport, RI, and Philadelphia, PA (AWPC).

Duties Responsibilities:

• Serve primarily as a multi-pilot hoist and IFR captain in the offshore environment.
• Conduct helicopter hoist operations to/from ships, platforms, and wind turbines.
• Maintain ultimate authority for the aircraft, ensuring the safety of the helicopter and all its occupants.
• Conduct a thorough brief and debrief of crew/passengers.
• Ensure compliance with all company manuals, procedures, flight, and duty time limitations
• Participate in the safety process and implementation of an SMS.
• Assist the Director of Operations, Chief Pilot, and Managing Director in any additional tasks.

Requirements:

• FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate - Rotorcraft-Helicopter
• FAA Instrument - Helicopter Rating
• FAA First Class Medical
• 2,500 hours Total Time
• 1,500 hours Multi-Crew Helicopter
• 500 hours multi-engine
• Prior hoisting experience (Part 133 Class B/D) or military
• Significant Helicopter IFR Experience

Preferred:

• Airline Transport Pilot ndash; Rotorcraft (must attain within 1 year of employment)
• FAA Certified Flight Instructor ndash; Instrument
• Previous offshore experience
• 25 hours AW-169 time or;
• 500 hours Leonardo multi-engine time (AW-139, AW-109, etc.)
• Current or Previous Check Airman
• Part 135 Experience
• Training and/or Safety Experience
• SAR Experience
