As respects Cessna 414 aircraft:

Pilot in Command:

  • Any commercial pilot with multi-engine land and instrument ratings
  • Having 3,000 hours total time, 2,000 hours multi-engine, 100 hours in the make and model
  • And who must successfully complete ground and flight training in the make and model at FlightSafety, SimCom, Al Lui/American AirSafety Accreditations, ProFlight, RJ Tutt, Wright Aviation, Aviation Training Management, or Aviation Training Proficiency within 12 months preceding each intended flight.

As respects Cessna 340 aircraft:

Pilot in Command:

  • Any commercial pilot with multi-engine land and instrument ratings, having 2,000 hours total time, 1,000 hours multi-engine, 100 hours in the make and model
  • And who must successfully complete ground and flight training in the make and model at FlightSafety, SimCom, Al Lui/American AirSafety Accreditations, ProFlight, RJ Tutt, Wright Aviation, Aviation Training Management, or Aviation Training Proficiency within 12 months preceding the intended flight.

As respects King Air 200 aircraft:

  • Any pilot not named, between the age of 25 to 70
  • Holding a commercial pilot certificate or better with multi-engine land and instrument ratings
  • Having 3,000 hours total time, 2,000 hours multi-engine land, 1,000 hours in turbo-prop aircraft, and at least 100 hours in King Air 200 model aircraft
  • Provided, the pilot attends and successfully completes ground and simulator (or flight) training for the King Air 200 conducted by FlightSafety, SimCom, Al Lui/American AirSafety Accreditations, or King Air Academy within 12 calendar months preceding any flight.
