The Edge Processing Center of Excellence (EPCOE) is looking for a hardworking and energetic project manager to lead proposal execution for the next generation of digital processors. Digital processors support a multitude of space missions for military, commercial, civil, and special programs customers. Digital processors process data from secure communications, remote sensing, and bus applications. This opportunity is for an Integrated Product Team (IPT) leader to lead a multi-disciplinary team to deliver a cutting-edge digital processor proposals utilizing common products, leveraging state-of-the art digital technologies, while adhering to customer budget and schedule needs. The role is challenging, but also very rewarding with significant potential for career exposure and advancement on high-visibility programs. Requirements:

Basic Qualifications:
• Digital design and development experience or analysis for space applications

• Strong desire to learn and grow as leader within new “go fast” development environment

• Experience with new business opportunities or proposal development, including cost, technical, and schedule

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including a demonstrated ability to interact effectively with customers, management, and peers

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively on multiple projects in parallel (good multi-tasker)

• Experience in managing research or design projects
Desired Skills:
• Masters or PhD degree, with emphasis on Electrical or Computer Engineering

• Experience leading multi-discipline teams

• Very familiar with use of Microsoft products, including Microsoft Project

Pay Rate:
In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the annual base salary range for this position is $127,700 - $212,800 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per weekSecurity Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.Clearance Level: TS/SCI
