Are you ready to use your leadership and skills in a program management position? This is your opportunity! As an Associate Program Manager, you will be using your skills and expertise to manage our cost, schedule, and engineering deliverables, ranging from small to highly complex, for the enterprise. Youll be responsible for conducting routine meetings, interfacing on project/program status, developing proposals, researching/fact-finding, coordinating audits, and negotiating with project/program stakeholders to ensure enterprise initiatives meet cost, budget, and schedule constraints..

Must-haves:

• Bachelors degree in a related field
• Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and drive others to success
• Requires strong analytical skills capability to meet schedules
• Requires ability to manage complex situations, delegate authority, lead and inspire your team, drive innovative thinking, instill collaboration, drive for success, challenge status quo, and demonstrate the ability to adapt to dynamic situations 

Preferred:

• Typically 1-3 years of related experience or;
• Bachelors in Engineering, Aviation or Management and typically 1-3 years of program management experience
• Managing projects requiring Earned Value Management
• Understanding with application tools and data architectures
• Experience with ensuring compliance with approved Corporate and ISO 9001:2000 Policies and Processes
• Some experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFARS)

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $91,154.71 - $125,337.72. SNC considers several factors when extending job offers, including but not limited to candidates’ key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications.

SNC offers annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position.

This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance. U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position needs an active U.S. Security Clearance for employment. Non-U.S. citizens may not be eligible to obtain a security clearance. The Department of Defense Consolidated Adjudications Facility (DoD CAF), a federal government agency, handles the adjudicative aspects of the security clearance eligibility process for industry applicants. Adjudicative factors which affect the outcome of the eligibility determination include, but are not limited to, allegiance to the U.S., foreign influence, foreign preference, criminal conduct, security violations and illegal drug use.
