Job Resposibilities:

Manage and Provide Oversight of all technical aspects of Company flight equipment and assets; ensure technical compliance with applicable regulatory agency mandates, pertinent OEM recommendations and Company requirements
Manage all technical aspects related to Company flight equipment inspections, evaluations, acquisitions, deliveries, and transitions, including technical oversight throughout the lease term
Provide regular status reports for all technical projects (such as aircraft transition and engine repair budgets, deliveries, and other commitments) to leadership team and other relevant stakeholders
Provide technical expertise to/for all AerSale divisions and externally to customers as required
Facilitates the technical aspects of the acquisition processes with an aim toward the minimization of the time required to place the aircraft in revenue service
Managing all technical operations worldwide including the coordination of pre-buy inspections of equipment purchases, coordination of ferry flights, delivery, and redelivery of equipment to and from lease
Interface with US and foreign regulatory representatives, including DARs/DERs and other consultants as required for technical support/delivery of the Company flight equipment
Manage a work force of both direct and contract employees to achieve the above
Work Closely with other Stakeholders within the Technical Team to ensure Quality and timely performance of operational responsibilities
