Nous recherchons un Responsable de Programme. Ce poste relegrave;ve du Directeur des Programmes.
Cette personne planifiera et concevra le programme et surveillera de maniegrave;re proactive son avancement. De plus, elle devra reacute;soudre les problegrave;mes et prendre les mesures correctives approprieacute;es. Les directeurs de programme interagissent avec les parties prenantes au sein de lorganisation, ainsi quavec les fournisseurs et consultants externes. Bien que leurs heures de travail formelles correspondent geacute;neacute;ralement agrave; un cadre normal du lundi au vendredi, de 9h agrave; 17h, la plupart des professionnels chevronneacute;s de la gestion de programme sattendent agrave; ce que ces heures varient en fonction de lavancement du programme.
- Les principales responsabiliteacute;s du poste sont les suivantes :
- Formuler, organiser et surveiller les projets interconnecteacute;s ;
- Deacute;cider des strateacute;gies et des objectifs approprieacute;s ;
- Coordonner les activiteacute;s interprojets ;
- Diriger et eacute;valuer les chefs de projet et les autres membres du personnel ;
- Deacute;velopper et surveiller les deacute;lais, les budgets et les activiteacute;s ;
- Appliquer les principes de gestion des changements, des risques et des ressources ;
- Assumer la responsabiliteacute; du personnel et des prestataires du programme ;
- Eacute;valuer la performance du programme et viser agrave; maximiser le retour sur investissement ;
- Reacute;soudre les problegrave;mes de projets agrave; grande eacute;chelle ;
- Deacute;velopper ou approuver les budgets et les opeacute;rations ;
- Fournir des mises agrave; jour deacute;tailleacute;es sur leacute;tat davancement aux eacute;quipes de direction et exeacute;cutives ;
- Appliquer les principes de gestion des changements, des risques et des ressources lorsque neacute;cessaire ;
- Initier et fixer des objectifs pour les programmes selon les objectifs strateacute;giques de lorganisation ;
- Veiller agrave; ce que les opeacute;rations et activiteacute;s du programme respectent les directives leacute;gales et les politiques internes ;
- Tenir la direction informeacute;e avec des rapports ou des preacute;sentations deacute;tailleacute;es et preacute;cises ;
- Participer aux reacute;unions de reacute;vision avec les clients.
Qualifications requises :
- Certifications en gestion de projet comme PMP de lInstitut de gestion de projet, ou la certification SAFe pour les praticiens de la gestion de projet Agile ou toute certification similaire ;
- Diplocirc;me de licence (BSc/BA) en gestion ou dans un domaine pertinent ; un master (MSc/MA) est un plus ;
- Minimum de 3 ans dexpeacute;rience dans un poste similaire dans lindustrie aeacute;rospatiale ;
- Compreacute;hension approfondie des techniques et meacute;thodes de gestion de projet et de programme ;
- Expeacute;rience aveacute;reacute;e en tant que gestionnaire de programme ou chef de projet ;
- Expeacute;rience dans la gestion de mises en oelig;uvre de programmes complexes ;
- Connaissance des meacute;thodes et meilleures pratiques actuelles de gestion de programme ;
- Expeacute;rience avec les budgets ;
- Excellentes compeacute;tences en analyse de donneacute;es et en reporting ;
- Compeacute;tences solides en reacute;solution de problegrave;mes, neacute;gociation et communication ;
- Expeacute;rience avec les logiciels et outils de gestion de projet standard de lindustrie.

GAL Aviation Inc. is a Start-to-Finish manufacturer of aircraft interior cabinets and components and light aerostructures for Aviation Projects Programs for Commercial Business Aircraft OEMs In-Service Clients we offer, Designing, Engineering, Manufacturing, Testing, Certification, Installation, and Support services. We offer maintenance, refurbishment, repairs and modifications of aircraft interior components for in-service Transport Category Aircraft.
We are looking for a Program Manager. This position reports to the Program Manager Director.
This person will plan and design the program and proactively monitor its progress. In addition, you will be asked to resolve issues and take appropriate corrective action. Program directors interact with stakeholders across the organization, as well as outside vendors and consultants. Although their formal work hours typically align with the normal Monday through Friday, 9-5 framework, most seasoned program management professionals anticipate that those hours will vary based on whether a program is moving as planned.
The main responsibilities of the role are:
- Formulates, organizes and monitors interconnected projects;
- Decides on appropriate strategies and objectives;
- Coordinates inter-project activities;
- Leads and evaluates project managers and other staff;
- Develops and monitors deadlines, budgets and activities;
- Apply change, risk and resource management;
- Assume responsibility for program staff and providers;
- Evaluates program performance and aims to maximize return on investment;
- Solves large-scale project problems;
- Develop or approve budgets and operations.
- Report detailed status updates to leadership and executive team.
- Apply change, risk, and resource management principles when needed.
- Initiate and set goals for programs according to the strategic objectives of the organization.
- Ensure program operations and activities adhere to legal guidelines and internal policies.
- Keep senior management informed with detailed and accurate reports or presentations.
- Participate in costumer review meeting.
Required Qualifications :
- Project management certifications like PMP from the Project Management Institute, or the SAFe certification for Agile project management practitioners or any similar certification.
- BSc/BA diploma in management or a relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus.
- Must have a minimum of 3+ years experience in a similar role within the aerospace industry;
- In-depth understanding of project and program management techniques and methods;
- Proven track record as a successful program manager, or project manager
- Experience managing complex program implementations.
- Knowledge of current program management methods and best practices
- Experience with budgets
- Excellent data analysis and reporting skills
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills
- Experience with industry-standard project management software and tools.
