STS Line Maintenance is hiring an experienced Line Maintenance Station Manager for our Phoenix, AZ location. We’re looking for a seasoned professional with over five years of line maintenance experience and at least three years in aircraft maintenance management. As a working manager, you’ll oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards, and lead a team of skilled AP technicians.

• Manage daily operations at the Phoenix Line Maintenance Station.
• Ensure compliance with FAA regulations, GMMs (General Maintenance Manuals), and AMMs (Aircraft Maintenance Manuals).
• Schedule and supervise aircraft line maintenance activities with a focus on efficiency and safety.
• Train and assist aircraft maintenance technicians as needed.
• Maintain excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Utilize Microsoft Office and KRONOS systems for reporting and time management.
• Perform line maintenance functions and approve work orders in the computer system according to company policies.

• Minimum of five years’ line maintenance experience.
• Minimum of three years’ management experience in aircraft maintenance.
• Valid FAA AP License.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and KRONOS timekeeping system.
• Strong problem-solving, time management, and leadership skills.

• Salary: $90,000 – $100,000 annually, based on experience.
• Performance bonuses available.
• Full-time benefits include PTO, health insurance, and 401K.
