We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead our confidential clientrsquo;s general aviation repair center. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in general aviation aircraft maintenance, with leadership and management experience.

Job Summary:

Responsible for owning/managing the operations, quality, and scheduling functions for the aircraft maintenance business. The role serves as the main point of contact/ownership for cost, quality, and delivery as related to the maintenance operation. This position provides an opportunity to become a part of a

General and Specific Duties include:

• Responsible for coordinating unscheduled aircraft maintenance and work performed at a location other than the Repair station/maintenance operation fixed locations
• Supervise the performance of maintenance and ensure that work is performed in accordance with Repair Station, Quality Manual, Maintenance Manual, or Site Operating Procedures and FARs.
• Serve as the Quality owner/leader for the maintenance operation including inspection/audits, etc.
• Encourage and promote a safe work environment by supervising a safety/security program that includes the operation of support equipment, aircraft systems, 5S, general housekeeping, and lean manufacturing. Ensure that regular established safety/security audits are conducted and discrepancies are addressed.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of general aviation maintenance experience
• 3+ years of management experience
• Strong expertise in Cirrus Aircraft
