• • Accurately track and report the progress of large dollar projects over several months, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

  • Monitor and analyze job costs, working with project managers to provide detailed cost reports and identify areas for savings.

  • Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately and timely.

  • Manage General Ledger, Payroll, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

  • Prepare financial statements for review or audit, providing detailed analysis to management and auditors.

  • Utilize advanced Excel techniques for creating financial reports and analyze financial data using complex formulas.

  • Leverage Quantum Accounting and ERP systems for financial data management, ensuring data integrity.

  • Prepare budget, projection, and variance reports, collaborating with department heads for accurate budgeting.

Requirements:

• • 7 years of accounting experience

  • 3 years of experience supervising accountants

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

  • Preferred experience with Quantum Accounting and ERP systems

  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial statement preparation

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP and other complex functions
