PILOT INCENTIVES:
- End of year annual performance bonuses up to an additional 10% of your annual salary.
- Bell factory training provided as needed for initial or recurrent BH407GXi/BH429 courses.
- Stipends paid for SPIFR and company Check Airman.
- On-duty pilot housing provided.
- 7/7 or 14/14 schedules options available.
- Willing to train qualified and capable pilots to fill SPIFR and company Check Airman positions.
JOB SUMMARY:
- Operates company aircraft and associated equipment in a safe manner in accordance with the RFM, GOM, SOPs, checklists and applicable FARs.
- Monitors weather, obtains weather briefings, briefs crew members and passengers, coordinates with Operational Control Specialists as required.
- Possesses a customer-first mentality, assists medical crewmembers and mechanics as required.
- Maintains an orderly appearance, work environment and pilot apartment.
- Services and cleans aircraft as required.
Base salary commensurate with experience and competitive with current industry rates.

Requirements:
EXPERIENCE AND CREDENTIALS:
- FAA Commercial certificate with rotorcraft and instrument rating
- FAA Class II medical certificate
- 2,000 Hours total time
- 1,500 Hours helicopter time
- 1,000 Hours helicopter PIC time
- 500 Hours turbine helicopter time
- 200 Hours cross country time
- 100 Hours night time / 50 Hours NVG time
- High School diploma
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- HAA experience
- SPIFR experience
- NVG experience
- BH407/BH429 experience
- 75 Hours instrument / simulated instrument time (50 hours in flight)
