M1 is looking for an F-16 AMU Production Supervisor with the following knowledge and experience:
Duties and Responsibilities
Direct overall maintenance effort to ensure mission capable aircraft in the quantities necessary to execute contract requirements are
available to the customer.
Enforce strict adherence to technical data, management procedures and company policy.
Know, understand and comply with the requirements outlined in the Performance Work Statement
Ensure aircraft and equipment forms and MIS documentation are completed, accurate and accomplished.
Ensure aircraft status is accurately reflected in both the maintenance forms and the MIS.
Participate in developing and executing the annual, monthly, and weekly flying and maintenance schedules/plans.
Manage the maintenance production effort by assigning priorities to meet the flying and maintenance schedules.
Attend daily maintenance production/scheduling meetings.
Fully understand and be prepared to implement specific disaster control plans pertaining to aircraft/SE movement and personnel
evacuation.
Determine/track/report aircraft status, inform MOC of the maintenance effort and coordinate with MOC, Flight line Expediter, and
other squadrons for support.
Authorize CANN actions; verify MICAP conditions exist; sign ERs; verify NRTS conditions.
Confirms that all quality checks are being performed by all production personnel as established by the Quality Plan.
Monitor unit CDDAR Program activities and local procedures designed to protect personnel and prevent further damage to aircraft,
equipment, and other resources.
Ensure flightline munitions are handled, accounted for, and expended IAW AFI 21-201 and local instructions.
Coordinate with the Propulsion Flight Chief and SRAN Engine Manager before initiating scheduled or unscheduled engine changes.
Analyzes production processes to determine where improvements may be made.
Minimum Requirements
Associates Degree in aviation technology highly desired. High School Diploma a minimum.
Must speak, read, write, and understand English.
Minimum 10 years hands on aircraft maintenance experience with at least 3 years supervisory experience and 3 years aircraft
production experience on F-16s. Minimum of 1 year in the last 3 on F-16s.
Civilian aviation license or equivalent military technical training certificate.
Must be able to work day shift, night shift or weekend duty and travel as part of a maintenance recovery team as required.
Must deal with the customer and company employees in a courteous, professional, and effective manner.
Must have an in depth working knowledge of aircraft safety directives, aircraft/vehicle movement, flight line operations, aircraft
technical orders/job guides/publications (read, interpret, follow and comprehend schematics, diagrams, drawings, charts and
technical publications).
Must have a working knowledge of computers (input/extract data) and basic computer software programs such as Word, Outlook,
Power Point, and Excel.
Obtain/maintain aircraft/equipment Red X/IPI/ER certification.
Obtain/maintain security clearance.
Current valid U.S. Drivers License.
Environment ranges from office-like to hangar and flight line. Extensive sitting to climbing, standing, stooping, bending, pushing,
kneeling, stretching, and walking demands.
