What You’ll Do

• Perform 100-hour and annual inspections, servicing, and repairs on a variety of piston aircraft
• Diagnose and resolve complex airframe and engine issues with speed and precision
• Read and interpret FAA-approved manuals, technical data, and installation instructions
• Complete high-quality repairs, modifications, and upgrades in accordance with FAA standards
• Maintain accurate, detailed maintenance records
• Collaborate with a tight-knit team of professionals who value communication and craftsmanship

What You Bring

• 3+ years of piston aircraft maintenance experience (Preferred)
• FAA A&P License (required)
• Higher Starting Pay opportunity if you also possess Inspection Authorization (IA) 
• Higher starting pay opportunity if you have a pilot’s License and are current.
• Advanced knowledge of Piper and Cessna aircraft
• Strong troubleshooting skills—both mechanical and electrical
• A commitment to safety, quality, and ethical workmanship
• A positive, team-oriented attitude and the desire to contribute to a high-performance culture
