What You’ll Do
- Perform 100-hour and annual inspections, servicing, and repairs on a variety of piston aircraft
- Diagnose and resolve complex airframe and engine issues with speed and precision
- Read and interpret FAA-approved manuals, technical data, and installation instructions
- Complete high-quality repairs, modifications, and upgrades in accordance with FAA standards
- Maintain accurate, detailed maintenance records
- Collaborate with a tight-knit team of professionals who value communication and craftsmanship
What You Bring
- 3+ years of piston aircraft maintenance experience (Preferred)
- FAA A&P License (required)
- Higher Starting Pay opportunity if you also possess Inspection Authorization (IA) 
- Higher starting pay opportunity if you have a pilot’s License and are current.
- Advanced knowledge of Piper and Cessna aircraft
- Strong troubleshooting skills—both mechanical and electrical
- A commitment to safety, quality, and ethical workmanship
- A positive, team-oriented attitude and the desire to contribute to a high-performance culture
