STS Technical Services is hiring a Senior Field Service Training Advisor to support our Product Support Group with a specialized focus on electric vehicle (EV) systems. This is a remote role designed for an experienced EV field technician who thrives in a dynamic support and training environment. • Provide remote technical support for all vehicle types with a focus on electric vehicles
• Manage installation, repair, maintenance, and diagnostics from a remote location
• Troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical issues using EV-specific diagnostic tools
• Create and deliver detailed service reports with clear diagnostic findings and resolutions
• Adhere to company procedures and protocols for EV maintenance and support
• Collaborate with technical teams to share insights and maintain accurate data records
• Evaluate customer needs and provide tailored training and technical guidance
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers through knowledgeable, timely support

• Extensive experience in field service operations with a strong focus on EV technologies
• Demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting and repairing electric vehicle systems and components
• Proficient in EV-specific diagnostic tools and software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Tech-savvy with strong computer and mobile device skills
• Technical degree or certification in EV technology or a related field is preferred
• Background in customer support or training within the EV industry is highly desirable
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to a wide range of customer needs
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities in a remote work environment
• Willingness to travel as needed to support field operations or training sessions

• This is a remote position with occasional travel
• Some work may take place in outdoor or industrial environments
• PPE is required when working on warehouse or production floors

• Must be able to talk, hear, stand, walk, and use hands to handle tools and equipment
• Frequent reaching with arms and hands is required
