Clearance Required: Secret

The contractor shall develop and implement standard methodologies and automated process management systems, to facilitate agency requirements for managing and monitoring activities surrounding learning services operations. The contractor shall perform the following core tasks:

• Evaluate the agencyrsquo;s investments and learning services IT portfolio for alignment to strategic goals and objectives
• Lead governance/policy management sessions to support the agencyrsquo;s performance, change, and risk management programs and processes.
• Collect and process data from multiple sources to include AETC, industry, Government entities, best practices, lesson learned repositories, and generate information to support business requirements.
• Develop process for information retrieval, information mapping/taxonomy, information sharing, categorization, knowledge engineering, knowledge capture/distribution/delivery, and smart documents.

Requirements:

• Bachelorrsquo;s degree in information systems management or another related field.
• A masterrsquo;s degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 12 years of experience supporting business process mapping and process improvement.
• Familiar with Lean Six Sigma and Agile development preferred.
