About Empire

Empire Airlines has been a FedEx Feeder operator since 1988 providing flight and maintenance services throughout the Western United States. We are dedicated to providing profitable, quality aviation services. Providing opportunities for challenging and competitive employment, and being economically, socially, and morally responsible. This mission has helped us boast steady growth and stability since our founding in 1977. Today our team is proud to provide services to more than 40 communities across the Western United States.

FedEx Feeder Flight Operations

Our Cargo operations are supported by FedEx and their extensive support system. This improves pilot QOL by providing reserved training dates at Flight Safety International, cargo loading crews, and timely maintenance. In addition, we provide pilots with an electronic flight bag and schedule with work life balance in mind. We fly routs that allow more time at home than passenger airlines. We have CASS and known crewmember privileges to supplement our other flight benefits. We are also part of the Purple Runway FedEx Pathways Program.
