The Boeing Company is looking for a Senior Learning Program Management Specialist to lead the design, development, and execution of learning programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to identify training needs, creating engaging learning experiences, and measuring the effectiveness of training initiatives. Summary Pay Range Senior (Level 4): $106,250 - $154,100
Summary Pay Range Senior (Level 5): $131,750 - $190,900
