Role Overview
We are seeking a Hardware Repair & RMA Manager to lead the design, management, and evolution of our repair and return systems. This person will build strategies, metrics, and workflows that ensure we deliver world-class repair and RMA services—both in-house and through external partners.
The ideal candidate has strong experience managing repair and RMA programs for consumer electronics, is fluent in operational KPIs and cost optimization, and thrives in cross-functional collaboration across logistics, fulfillment, production, customer success, and sales.
