JOB SUMMARY
This is a salaried position that interfaces with department managers and technicians, as well as customers. The primary function of this position is to supervise the Billing Department and open and close work orders in a timely manner. Maintain and coordinate schedules for multiple departments. This position will be required to work independently and coordinate multiple projects. Attention to detail and experience in coordinating large projects and customer support are critical. Job duties may vary daily.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Education High school diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelorrsquo;s Degree in accounting, finance, business administration preferred.
Experience Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
Experience in multiple projects customer interface preferred.
Work order and billing process experience preferred.
Strong word processing and spreadsheet experience preferred
Initiative Self-motivated and maintain a rapid pace.
Well organized and detail oriented.
Work with others in a professional manner.
Responsibility Attend work every day as scheduled to include overtime and weekend assignments.
Notify supervisor in advance of shift starting if unable to work.
Must have reliable transportation to get to work each and every day.
Perform all work in accordance with FAA guidelines.
Follow all company and safety rules during performance of duties.

Requirements Lift and carry 10 pounds.

Requirements Understanding and implementation of regulations and guidelines.
Coordinate projects.
Supervision Work with Corporate Billing Manager and Warranty supervisor on Billing duties and other projects as needed.
Work with Program Managers coordinating projects in a cooperative manner.
Working
Conditions Work will be accomplished in an office environment.
Equipment Used Personal computer operating with Windows, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Corridor and various cost and scheduling programs. Fax machine, telephone and photocopier.
