  • Partner cross-functionally with quality, parts, and operations teams to keep everything moving

Ensure Compliance & Quality

  • Ensure accurate documentation and audit-ready operations at all times
  • Oversee tooling, calibration, and overall shop readiness

Build & Develop a Strong Team

  • Create a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement
  • Support skill development and career progression across the team

Drive Continuous Improvement

  • Identify and implement process improvements that boost efficiency and reduce turnaround time
  • Use data and root-cause analysis to solve problems and improve performance
  • Recommend upgrades in tooling, equipment, and workflow

What Success Looks Like

  • On-time aircraft delivery with exceptional quality
  • A highly engaged, skilled, and accountable maintenance team
  • Consistent FAA compliance and audit readiness
  • Improved shop efficiency and reduced rework
  • Strong collaboration across departments
  • High customer satisfaction and trust

Requirements:

What You Bring

Experience & Certifications

  • FAA A&P License (IA a plus)
  • 7–10+ years of aircraft maintenance experience (Part 145 or turboprop environment preferred)
  • 3+ years in a leadership or supervisory role
  • Strong understanding of turboprop systems (TBM experience is a plus)

Leadership & Skillset

  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop technical teams
  • Strong operational planning and workflow management skills
  • Advanced troubleshooting and decision-making ability
  • Deep understanding of FAA compliance and maintenance documentation
  • Excellent communication and customer-facing skills

Why This Role Stands Out

  • Opportunity to lead from the front while staying close to the work
  • Direct impact on operations, team performance, and customer outcomes
  • Ability to shape and develop a high-performing maintenance team
  • Fast-paced, dynamic MRO environment
  • Strong compensation with bonus potential

Ready to Take the Lead?
