Position
Summary:
- Full-time, salaried professional position
- Starting Pay: $93,454 annually (Depending on
Qualifications)
- Relocation package may be available
- Full benefit package including: employee medical coverage
(dependent coverage options available), family dental vision
coverage, life insurance, short-term disability, 401K w/company
contribution, employee assistance program (EAP) and company paid
uniforms
- Earned time off, OT pay on worked Holidays and OT for extra
hours worked
- Consistent, repeating schedule of seven (7) twelve (12) hour
shifts every two weeks
- Ability to trade shifts and overtime shifts may be available
depending on circumstances
Job Requirements #8211; Minimum Required
Experience and Certificates:
- Commercial Pilot Certificate w/Helicopter and instrument
helicopter
- Total Flight Time = 1,500 hours
- Turbine Time = 500 hours
- PIC = 1,000 hours
- Meets or exceeds the 14 CFR 135.243 Pilot in Command
Qualifications
- Night Aided and/or Unaided: 100 hours
- FAA 1st or 2nd Class
Medical
Preferred Experience and
Certificates:
- Airline Transport Pilot Certificate (ATP)
- Total Flight Time = 2,000 hours
- NVG experience
- Previous Helicopter Air Ambulance and/or Part 135 on demand
experience
- Single Pilot Time = 500 hours
Working
Conditions:
- Possess excellent, professional flying skills
- Competence in handling complex situations without compromising
safety
- Communicates effectively with Chief Pilot, Director of
Operations and crews
- Capacity to handle periods of high workloads
- Ability to work closely with medical personnel throughout
flight
- Rotor wing aircraft is a Bell 407Gx equipped with Garmin G1000
and two-axis autopilot
- On-site aircraft maintenance and newer facilities
