Description:

Our client, a growth-oriented and renowned aircraft charter company, is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Charter Flight Broker to join their company and grow the United States market. This role is ideal for an aviation professional with a deep network, a proven sales record, and an expert-level understanding of on-demand charter operations within the United States and internationally. You will manage high-value client relationships, source aircraft, negotiate contracts, and ensure seamless trip execution. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and manage a portfolio of corporate and VIP clients, understand their travel needs, and provide personalized charter solutions.
  • Flight Brokerage: Source and negotiate charter flights with vetted operators, ensuring aircraft availability, safety compliance, pricing competitiveness, and operational excellence.
  • Trip Coordination: Work closely with operators, FBOs, and internal support teams to oversee all aspects of the trip lifecycle—from quote to post-flight follow-up.
  • Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate charter agreements per FAA regulations and company policies.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed on market trends, aircraft availability, and regulatory changes impacting private aviation.
  • Revenue Generation: Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining high client satisfaction and high level of customer service.
  • Crisis Management: Provide on-call trip support for urgent issues or last-minute changes, remaining calm under pressure, and delivering swift solutions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Charter Broker, Aviation Sales Executive, or similar role in the business aviation sector.
  • Strong knowledge of Part 135 operations, international trip planning, and aircraft types (light to heavy jets).
  • Established book of business or high-level industry network is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with aviation software and platforms such as Avinode, FlightBridge, JetInsight, or similar.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interface confidently with C-suite clients and operators.
  • Flexibility to work and travel outside of traditional business hours as needed for trip management and client support.
  • A desire to further develop their career within a fast-paced and ambitious organization.
