ABOUT THE ROLE AND THE TEAM
As a Product Manager in the Operations at Airports portfolio, you will assist with all aspects regarding a product within the portfolio.
You will be responsible for assiting with the delivery of the strategic, financial, and customer satisfaction objectives for Airside Optimzer product (A-CDM). This role is pivotal in defining and executing the strategy to drive revenue and profitability in alignment with SITA’s strategic plans, while supporting the product line’s performance throughout its lifecycle.
Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, you will join the A-CDM prouct team, overseeing the development, maintenance, and evolution of all Airside Optimizer services. Acting as one of the primary liaisons between customers and the development team, you will assist in seting the priorities and guide the product roadmap to ensure customer expectations are met.
Your responsibilities will include creating and maintaining all supporting materials, such as sales presentations, spaneting collateral, training resources, and deployment guidelines. Additionally, you will assist with ensuring the financial health of the product in accordance with the approved business case. This role, you will also be performing some Business Development activities,which include customer presentations and internal communication of the products’s value.
