What you can expect as the Vice President / General Manager at West Star:
The Vice President / General Manager serves as the senior executive responsible for the performance, culture, and long-term strategic direction of a major MRO site. This role holds full accountability for operational excellence, financial results, customer satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and the development of a high-performing, safety-driven organization.
You will be essential to many functions including:
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Aviation Management, or Business; advanced degree preferred.
· 10+ years of senior leadership experience in aerospace MRO or similarly complex, regulated operations, including full P&L responsibility.
