The Manager of Integrated Communications will lead functional communications and facilitate the development of key enterprise campaigns for internal and external audiences. The individual will lead a small team dedicated to employee communications planning, including strategy and content development for multiple business functions, enterprise initiatives including LMForward; and content planning and governance guidance for enterprise channels to ensure effective brand storytelling and help stakeholders achieve their business objectives. The candidate will be responsible for contributing to and facilitating high visibility projects.
Position may be located at any major Lockheed Martin facility.
Requirements: Basic Qualifications:
- Previous experience managing, developing and executing strategic communications plans for senior leaders; with proven record of collaboration and client-service delivery.
- Demonstrated record of developing and executing strategic, integrated communications through efficient planning and skill.
-Attention to detail and ability to multi-task under deadline pressure with employees at all levels in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
-Proven credibility, track record of vision and ability to deliver impactful communication for mass audiences.Desired Skills:
-- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline; 14 years of experience or 12 years of experience with a master’s degree.
-Broad communications experience with proven leadership.
-Superior writing, speaking and general communication skills.
- Outstanding executive presence and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership skills / aptitude to be demonstrated through project management, strategic planning, and measurement/evaluation.

In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the annual base salary range for this position is $106,100 - $176,800 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and business considerations when extending an offer.
This position is incentive plan eligibleAbility to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
