Description:

Responsible for conducting acceptance test flights, pre/post-phase test flights, ground/flight maintenance operational checks, ground/flight evaluation, and troubleshooting. Reports directly to the Maintenance Examiner, Maintenance Team Lead, and Maintenance Manager to assist with:  coordinating with Production Control for maintenance planning, schedules, and unit (pilot and aircrew) support for maintenance operations when required.

Requirements:

• FAA, EASA, etc. or equivalent military training certificates. Military or commercial aircraft maintenance school or course required.
• Must be able to attain and maintain a local military flight physical (class I), equivalent to the FAA (class II). 
• Must be able to pass hands-on flight evaluation.
• BA or BS is preferred.
• Maintenance Examiner (ME) is preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of 5 Years Aviation Maintenance
• Minimum 3000 hours Total Time, 1000 hours PIC/PC and 200 hours MTP in aircraft type  required.
• Must be an aircraft type specific SME, having strong knowledge on systems, optional equipment, aerodynamics, required maintenance and post maintenance tasks.
• Must have strong knowledge of FAA, EASA, etc. and/or equivalent Aircraft 
• Maintenance Program Strong knowledge of Maintenance Manuals & Technical Publications  usage and application.
• Strong knowledge of Production and Quality Control preferred
