F-16 Ground Advisor / SME – International Assignment

Location: Ukraine

Compensation & Benefits:

• $297,500 annualized flat-rate compensation while working
• $100/day Per Diem
• Hazardous working zone assignment

Position Overview:

The F-16 Ground Advisor / SME provides operational advisory support to foreign F-16 pilots and partner nation personnel. This role focuses on standardization, operational employment guidance, lessons learned, and in-country program support in a hazardous overseas environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide F-16 operational and tactical guidance
• Support foreign pilot development and mission effectiveness
• Assist with standardization and best practices
• Capture and share lessons learned
• Support program execution and partner nation engagement
• Coordinate with leadership and international stakeholders
• Required Qualifications
• Former F-16 Instructor Pilot
• Strong fighter aviation operational background
• Ability to work in a hazardous working zone
• Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearances
• Valid U.S. passport with no travel restrictions
• Strong communication and leadership skills

This role requires deployment to Ukraine and is ideal for highly experienced F-16 professionals seeking a mission-critical international assignment supporting allied fighter operations.

Requirements:

• F-16 FTU Instructor Pilot
• Air Advisor, FMS, Evaluator, or Aggressor experience
• Foreign partner training experience
• International advisory or coalition operations experience
