Position Summary 
We are seeking a Facility Manager to support our maintenance and repair operations. Candidates should 
have at least three years of Aerospace/Aviation Facility Management experience, or related maintenance and repair industry experience. Our Facility Manager will be dedicated to the safety of team members, ensures compliance with all FAA, EASA, and customer and company requirements, with delivery of products to customers on time. Our Facility Manager will be self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and driven to succeed.  

Purpose 

  • Lead a continuous improving team that generates increasing profitability. 

Requirements:

  • Candidates should have Facility Management experience, or related maintenance and repair industry experience
  • Safety equipment experience in an MRO a plus not a requirement.

  • Ensure compliance with all FAA, EASA, Customer & Company requirements

Education 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Industrial Distribution, Engineering, or related field.

  • Proficient with Word, Excel & PowerPoint 
  • Ability to learn & use the operating system  
  • Ability to communicate at all levels internally and external to the company
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
