This is a full-time position.

• Supervise clerks to verify that daily tasks are completed in a timely and organized manner
• Provide direction, guidance, and motivation for all parts personnel
• Verify compliance with all SkyWest operating standards and procedures
• Reordering of parts, tools, and supplies for Maintenance personnel
• Processing timecards, vendor interaction, and ensure shift coverage
• Tasks assigned by manager

Requirements:

• At least 18 years old or older
• Possess a valid unrestricted state-issued driver's license
• Have a High School Diploma or GED
• Legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
• Pass a background check
• Team player - work well with others
• Self-motivated - be able to work without supervision
• Detail-oriented and quick learner
• Work under pressure
• Evaluate and solve problems
• Have previous Parts Clerk experience
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Evaluate and solve problems
• Strong people and employee relations skills
• Computer knowledge helpful
• Employee must be in good standing without any disciplinary actions within 6 months
• Available for any shift (including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays)
• Starting at $17 an hour, plus supervisor override

• Able to lift 75 pounds routinely, with or without a reasonable accommodation
• This is not a Department of Tranportation safety-sensitive position
