8/7/2005 - An amazing fly-in residential community !. When pilots go to heaven, this is how heaven would look like. I have been to over 22 residential fly-in communities, nothing and I mean nothing compares to Spruce Creek. Activities for everyone and a social life mixed with a bit of aviaton, a bit of sun and a bit of golf.
