6/10/2023 - I was at the Cafe on Friday June 9, 2023. The food is very tasty! I fly to Uvalde every now and then for lunch as I work to keep my instrument skills current. The Hangar 6 Cafe is one of my favorite stopping places. The food is great, the restaurant is comfortable, the staff is nice. Give it a try, you will enjoy the experience. - Submitted by Jim

The airport is very nice and modern. The cafe was very clean and looks to have been built or remodeled recently. The food was great and the people were very friendly. - Submitted by Matthew Turley

1/7/2018 - Great place for pilots to breakfast or lunch. I have flown in twice and taxi up to within 50 feet of the door. The staff is nice and breakfast was great both times. From my home base in Kerrville it is only a 20 minute flight however it would be two hour drive for me. Getting hungry just writing about them. - Submitted by Ronald N450PR
