Scenic Westport
A six to eight block walk from the tie-down area, leads you to several local fish resturarants and shops along a boardwalk adjacent to a significant fishing fleet. Bennett's Fish Shack had great fish and chips from local cod or halibut. Their menu is available online. We had a wonderful afternoon a very scenic flight some 70 mi west of Tacoma. - Submitted by Richard Bush

3/18/2023 - Nice little airport. Bring you own tiedown ropes! No courtesy car, but you really don't need one.
The Westport Pizza Co. is a 1 minute walk- behind the hangar at the NW side of the ramp. Indoor and outdoor seating, friendly service, fair prices and GREAT pizza!
There are plenty of lodging options and other restaurants in town, about a 15 minute walk. The Westport Maritime Museum is well worth a visit as well.

9/26/2015 - Good place to eat and stretch your legs. Pizza place adjacent to the parking area or a 6-7 block walk for seafood aplenty. Nice runway with minimal ropes for tie down. - Submitted by James Brocksmith
