Van's Aircraft Announces Chapter 11 Reorganization - Van's Aircraft

On December 4, 2023, Van's Aircraft filed for Chapter 11 protection with the federal bankruptcy court. This filing will allow Van's to remain open and in business, and provides a path for the company to fulfill customer orders while it works to recover to an operationally sustainable and profitable status.
