As an Entrepreneurial Business Lead, you will have the chance to lead the business side of Flight Operations Services from its initial portfolio through each stage of growth. In collaboration with the Global Sales, Customer Care and Product Delivery teams, you will play a vital role in product management, executing business development, supporting sales and go-to-market strategies. Reporting to the Vice President, Professional Services Customer Care. Are you ready to have:

An Opportunity to Shape our Future

  • Design, develop, standardize Services offering and portfolio
  • Establish Services Strategy, roadmap and marketing plans to grow Services portfolio
  • Accelerate services sales by creating Demand Generation Plans and Sales Campaigns with help of Service Line Leaders, Customer Success Managers along with supporting Sales execution

Own the Financial Milestones

  • Plan Services revenues, as well as tracking revenue actuals, and key metrics
  • Sales Pipeline planning and including maintaining, qualifying and reporting on services opportunities and deals, in collaboration with the Global Sales team
  • Ensure smooth On-time Services delivery implementation to respect commitments and revenue generation

  • Propose services and solutions to address business problems of the airline community (as it pertains to his/her portfolio of Services), identifying and prioritizing new market
  • Engage customers along with the Global Sales to present the Services portfolio and the detailed value proposition
  • Act as the voice and advocate of Services within Product Delivery, Product Management, Global Sales Account Teams

Our ideal candidate has:

  • 10+ years experience as a General Manager preferred
  • Experience with PL management, Service Design Frameworks, Sales Pipeline Management and Revenue Management.
  • Experience in launching products and/or service offerings for Enterprise B2B software (SaaS/Cloud/CRM) preferred
  • Proven track record of leadership and high performance. Exposure to the travel domain from a technology standpoint a big plus. Hands-on industry knowledge a plus with technology delivery experience a plus
  • Right Combination of Experience and Attitude. You have the spirit of an entrepreneur.
  • Ability to think Strategically and Creatively. You have a vision for identifying opportunities and building viable business models. You are a problem-solver and critical thinker.
  • Strong Communication Skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to take and deliver constructive feedback.
