About the role

In this role, you will serve as the technical subject matter expert pushing technologies to the limits. Work with our cross-technical teams to design and build the next generation applications keeping a mobile first approach where business so demands while adhering to standard coding practices

Key responsibilities

bull; Lead a team of Developers
bull; Architect, Design and develop high quality and deploy and maintain highly scalable and optimized mission critical applications with unit test cases, meeting given specifications.
bull; Create Documentation, sequence diagram and other low-level design artefacts.
bull; Perform code analysis, peer reviews, requirements analysis, software review, system risk analysis and software reliability analysis.
bull; Ensures the developed code covers the non-functional requirements including performance, security, auditing and integrity.
bull; Resolve production incidents or defects as needed, and proactively identify potential issues. before they appear in the production environment; contribute to the root cause analysis.
bull; Drive high performance and accountability for own deliverables. Work well within a team and always work for team success by supporting other team members, constructively acting on feedback, and identifying challenging opportunities that enhance career growth.
bull; Contribute in defining secure coding standards, and work in a team to follow best practices to ensure compliance with standards, quality, scalability and security of deliverables.
bull; Tackle challenges and solve complex problems on a daily basis.
bull; You will interact with various stakeholders and work with cross-technical teams across the design, coding, testing, production deployment, and third-party product implementation processes.
bull; Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
bull; You will work on resolving production issues, analyze root cause issues and provide resolution in a timely manner.

About you

bull; Bachelorrsquo;s Degree or Honors in Engineering / Computer Science / Mathematics / Sciences or Equivalent with 7+ years of experience with minimum 5 years of job-related experience

bull; Able to create and maintain customer facing Adobe solutions and be involved within the implementation of large-scale software platforms, including the implementation of caching strategies, suitable design patterns, memory utilization, performance, security etc. for the components/services that you deliver.
bull; Should be an expert in AEM Technology Stack (Sling, JCR, CRX, OSGi, HTL, Touch UI, Core Components, Workflows, Multi Site Manager, Editable templates, XF, AEM assets, AEM forms, SPA Editor).
bull; Experience in integrating AEM with Adobe Experience Cloud (Adobe Launch, Target, Analytics, Campaign, AEP, etc.)
bull; Working knowledge of other Adobe experience cloud products, AEM headless feature of GraphQL, Maven integration with UI frontend builds is an added advantage.
bull; Experience in frontend development using CSS, JavaScript and related frameworks such as Angular is a plus
bull; Should be comfortable with Git and associated workflows, Maven/NPM builds.
bull; Writing efficient test codes using JUnit, Mockito, Integration and UI Tests etc.
bull; Hands on experience with headless content services using content fragments.
bull; Should have an understanding on SEO and Accessibility
bull; Hands-on experience in identifying technology opportunities, developing and delivering solutions using modern Agile methodologies.
