Hello! Welcome to FunPlacesToFly.com!
My name is Smitty. I am the editor, chief cook and bottle washer
for this website. I received my pilots license in 1987 and purchased a Cessna 172 in the same year. I loved flying so much
that decided to create this website to help other guys and gals like me find fun places to fly in my airplane.
I am also building an RV-9A from Van's Aircraft in my garage(hangar).
