Basin Harbor Club - Vergennes, VT

Great family destination resort with good resturants, swimming, tennis, golf, hiking. Airport is a very nice 3000 foot grass strip. Right on Lake Champlain.

Inn at Essex - Essex, VT

The restaurant is run by the students of the New England Culinary Institute. Lunch was delicious. The restaurant has great ambiance and is located in an Inn. Though we didn't check out the rooms, it looked like it would be very nice. Atlantic Aviation at BTV lent us a courtesy car for the 15 minute drive.
