Thompson Falls Airport - Thompson Falls, MT Thompson Falls Airport (THM), This little jewel of a town is just a few miles north of the airport, which is easy in and out. Be sure to fly over the town and get a view of the falls! If your coming or going to the southeast, the flight through the valley is wonderful. There is fuel, courtesy car and camping is probably okay, but no specific facilities except a very basic pilot lounge. Take the car and go into town for some food and a visit to the falls. Beautiful spot and worth the time. A short drive down the valley to SE takes you to a spot where mountain sheep can often be spotted, and a view of a settlers trail that will amaze.
