Through a commitment to serve and attract general aviation, commercial and military aircraft, the Rosecrans Memorial Airport contributes to meeting the needs of individuals, the general public, the armed forces, and the business community in which we serve. Through the efforts of the program, the airport can best provide an environment to further improve the economic climate of the airport and attract additional general aviation and commercial operations.
